I'm not sure where or how I will use these, but I couldn't resist.
Brontotherium (the large gray Rhinoceros-like beast) and Daedon (the smaller brown warthog-like beast)

Aurochs bull

Megaloceros (sometimes called "Irish Elk")

Woolly Mammoths

All figures from Acheson Creations. Except for the daedon these critters are mostly resin, only the mammoth tusks, bull horns and forehead, and deer antlers/ears are metal. The daedon is a single-part metal miniature. These are a bit large for 28mm, probably more fitting for 40mm.

Fabulous, wouldn't mind some of those for a big game hunt!

Could be, tradgardmastare, could be. ha ha

Yes, a big game hunt is one possibility. I also thought, if I were doing much these days in the fantasy genre, many of these creatures could make for good mounts, draft animals, and/or fighters in their own right. I think mammoths would be good for a dwarf army; maybe the megaloceros, too (or that might be good for a wood elf army), and I could see goblins/orcs making use of the brontotherium (or hyenas, which i have a few of as well). I'm sure I can find some way to include them in steampunk/pulp (steampulp?) games.
